Zipline Adventure in Punta Cana

We had Samuel the driver and Carlos the tour guide. They were both amazing! For arrival they were at our lobby 5 minutes early from the time they messaged us letting me know to meet. The drive there was a bit lengthy but excited to drive through town and get some history about it & even a quick bite to eat ☺️ ziplining was so much fun! You will definitely get a workout in so come prepared. All the workers were so nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. Bring cash to tip, not required but very much appreciated for the hard work they all do!! Would definitely book and recommend to anyone looking for an adventure.

Really fun for the family! Beautiful scenery and a little bit of an adrenaline rush! Tour guides on the busses were well informed about the area and history. Guides on the zip line were safety conscious and very friendly.

The staff was very nice! I enjoyed the ride there and seeing the different towns. The zip lines were fun and The staff was very efficient!

Runners Adventures (Miguel) guy came on-time and I would recommend use this to everyone. They are very organized in pick-up and drop-off. They do also have some other activities you can book it. Overall very satisfied. I did only Zip line with family.

Our tour leader going was great, the actual experience on the lines was seamless. They ran a bunch of people through very efficiently. We were passed off to another tour leader and vehicle going back to the hotel. Open bench seated vehicle, rained, vehicle roof started to peel off, and not air conditioned. Trip in, actual experience was great, trip back to hotel, less than stellar.

The people were excellent, from the driver that picked us up to all the guys that helped on the platforms. They made sure we were safe and had a great time.

This is a great zip lining experience. We have zip lined in several countries and this is one of the better ones we’ve done. It is also probably the safest we’ve done. Ever line has two lines to create a double fail-safe system just in case god forbid a line broke you’d still have a second steel cable. Extremely safe. You are also double harnessed. Traditional harness, plus an upper body harness, once again creating another double fault-safe system. By far the safest zip lines I’ve ever seen. It is well staffed and well run. The zip lining experience is great. Now the negative. The bus ride to/from is fine. But they trap you at this place 2 hours longer than they tell you and try to sell you local coconut oil, cocoa powder, and liquor. It’s not a high pressure sale or anything, but its very annoying that they tell you you’ll be back at a certain time and you get back two hours later. Everyone on the trip (we had roughly 20 people in our trip) would have left this experience extremely happy, it instead everyone was pissed and annoyed we’d all been forced to hang around and miss our dinner reservations. We did the 5 hour trip, and it instead was 7 hours, so plan accordingly.

Wilbur the transporter/tour guide was amazing. Picked us up early, gave us a comfortable bus ride, told us what to expect, and was waiting for us upon completion of the activity. Ziplining itself was amazing. I'm someone who's scared of heights, but i felt so comfortable up there. The workers really knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Wilbur was our driver for the zip line experience and he was great! He was very funny, polite, and helpful. Previous reviews may discuss being late, but I realized it depends on which stop you are on in the people the driver has to pick up. My friends and I were the first he picked up, so we were given a time of 7:20am and he arrived at 7:16am. I don't know what times were given to others, but we made about 3 more stops and were done with pick ups around 8:30amish. So, if the last person on the stop was told 7:20am, I could see how they could be upset with the wait, but I hope this provides context. The roads are small and take time to navigate. I'm grateful to have arrived and returned safely with an amazing, charismatic driver. The ziplines are so fun! I felt safe and secure the entire time! The pictures provided came out amazing, so I will be able to remember this experience for life. Highly recommend and hope everyone gets Wilbur!
